Some embassies require applications to be submitted in person as they collect biometric data, such as fingerprints, at the time of application. Sometimes they’ll also conduct a short ‘interview’ to ask you questions about your intended trip.
Due to this, the applicant must attend the embassy/application centre in person. The good news is, we can absolutely help you to prepare for this!
These sorts of visas are often the most convoluted, and there are many supporting documents that you’ll have to provide. Luckily, we’ve been helping visa applicants with this for years, so we know exactly what the embassies are looking for. In most cases we can even book your appointment for you!
While we can’t guarantee that you’ll be granted a visa as this is entirely at the discretion of the visa officer, your chances of success are greatly increased. We fill out your application forms for you based on the information you provide in your Visa Machine profile, we go through your supporting documents with a fine-tooth comb, and if we see any mistakes or think something is missing or incorrect, we will let you know.
Once we’re confident your paperwork is in order, we’ll book your appointment at the application centre/embassy. While we try to book you an appointment at a time and day that suits you, please be aware that this is not always possible and depends on availability.
In most cases you’ll have to pay the visa fee directly to the embassy when you go to the appointment, which is why we will only charge an admin fee for the service, though there are some exceptions!
Once the visa is issued, you can either collect the passport in person or opt to have the passport posted to you. If it's the latter, you'll need to pay the postage fees at the time of application directly to the Embassy.
